The experience was not bad. But when they come on the intercom and say customers should wear masks and store associates also. But you look around and the employee arent wearing masks. It also sad to see the store is in need of stocking and employees scrolling on their phones or laughing loud and joking instead of working. Two young women were suppose to stock produce but they were either scrolling on their phones or eating. I observe one young lady take product off the shelf, fruit to be exact and then went to get the seasoning you put on the fruit, opened it and begin to use it. Does Kroger employees get free food? My problem is when the stores show losses, it's billed back to the consumer. I am ashamed that some people don't understand the morals and ethics you need in a job no matter what you do. If you look closely you can see the product in one of the young ladies hand and the open fruit and seasoning sitting on top of the box. You would have to zoom to see it. 9/10/22 I was in the store to purchase groceries. The priduce section had no bags fir your produce. We asked, but the person never came back. Also, they were low on several items in the store. Very disappointed. Kinda in a disarray. I posted 4 pictures of the empty plastic bag holders.

I'm a regular customer at this location and rarely have any problems. The one or two incidents I have had, store managers handled and resolved very promptly.

As the cashier was checking out my groceries she was texting on her phone. She told me to “wait a minute” three times while she texted someone on her phone. The prices were also ringing up wrong and as I tried to show her she blatantly ignored me at first. She then called the manager over and continue to text on her phone while the manager was fixing the prices. The manager did not say anything about her unprofessional conduct. It’s honestly ridiculous!!

My 3yr old daughter used the restroom near the entrance today and the sink water was so hot it could have burned her skin!! After advising the self check attendant-Kadarvaous, he called the manager David- who seemed unconcerned, didn't come to speak to me directly and had the attendant ask if I wanted to fill out a report (That was because the attendant misinformed him and stated that she actually burned herself) I corrected him, And simply advised that it was something that needed to be taken care of immediately. The CO worker next to the attendant stated herself 'yes the water is very hot in there.' There is absolutely no way that any employee is washing their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds in that sink because I could only keep my hands in there for maybe 5 seconds. It was ridiculous. I should file an OSHA complaint.

No its a bad store with horrible workers and rude managers they where rude as heck to my mother who does that
