I took my Corvette in to this dealership for service last month.. and my car sat there 2 weeks without even being touched. So I went and picked up my vehicle and took it to another dealership. I literally just saw a employee from the service department playing the slot machine at the Valero gas station on wintergreen @ Hampton... which is probably part of the reason why my car wasn't fixed... gambling on the clock... smh. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Best car buying experience we've ever had. Caesar was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, attentive and listened to what we were looking for. The sales manger was very welcoming, enthusiastic and willing to work with us and find the best deal possible. My dad and I definitely recommend and they will continue to have our business.

The health and safety of our customers and employees are a high priority. The management team at Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet understands the severity of this health crisis. While we recognize that great progress has been made, we still follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, mask wearing and limited capacity in our customer waiting areas. Just means they checked a lot of things on car to make sure it's in the best condition possible without having to do a lot to it but they do replace bad parts and offer additional warranty and sometimes incentives to buy But beware they tried to tax my down payment here at this dealership which means i almost paid them tax on my money i gave them its a CPA trick and i hate those guys the numbers always work out but they don't tell you they are cheating you

Depending on the diagnostic findings we could discuss taking your vehicle into our shop when our scheduling permits. We tried to find his vehicle with in the name of Fabiola Ortiz and we did not find anything with that name. Could you give me the number of plates that the vehicle / oh name is registered correct?
