I've lived here. for over 3 yrs. It's so much nicer than other places in town, the rent issubsdized by HUD I believe & the water & trash are included. They have a centralized location on 1st floor as a laundry, another is a huge community/recreation/meeting Room with full kitchen included for banquets/celebrations/parties, etc. On site security/maintenance personel, 24/7. Shopping nearby with many places delivering groceries/prescriptions/ household items/drinking water/liquor/assistance devices/ oxygen/ meals hot or cold served thru different facilities.etc.
Im not sure but I think it's depending upon income.
Its based on your income. Every apartment is brand new. Very nice people and so many things to do :) I have a few family members in there and great.
