Unfortunately, has not had any permanent manager since ??last fall??. No one is in the office on a regular basis that is posted to take care of work/maintenance requests, etc. Have support staff but I'm not sure if they know what they are to do or not. Most. is in a turmoil. The lawn mowing is the worst I've seen in the 3/4 yrs I've been here. Praying for someone to take on a difficult job, not many rewards, except grateful residents wanting stability. 🙏

I've stated most of the higher items about this place. But I forgot to include that it's right across the street from Remington Arm's Factory, next door is the American Legion, and a primary school on the other side of the bldg. Nice folks, to get to know, mostly seniors, very friendly.

I've lived here for over 3yrs. No where else I'd rather be a tenant. Rent is HUD subsidized housing so amt. are low for Seniors, just have electric bill & HEAP takes care of that so far. Nice neighborhood. Small town, part of the old Erie Cannal area, fishing, hunting, gardening, farming, growing new businesses, home to Remmington Arms Corp. (Firearms maker). Interstate Highways to & from, Railroad & passenger train services, in short- I like it!

The water is included, along with the disposal of trash. However, the apartments are total electric & you need to contact the Ilion Elec. Co. down near/at city hall and if your income is low by DSS standards, you could get help with same thru the HEAP Program. It has paid my total bill's to date.
I'm sorry. I know it's a subsidised facility so you should probably give them a call and meet with them to get the info you've requested.
I am sure they would answer all questions and would show you around you should call first
