I've moved several times since relocating to the Syracuse Area due to dissatisfaction with other living arrangements, and Charter Oaks has been my best experience by far. The apartments are practical and well-kept upon move-in. The grounds are beautiful, the location is both quiet and convenient, and I always feel safe. The surrounding neighborhoods are perfect for walks. The management is incredibly helpful and reasonable, and the maintenance have always been prompt, friendly, and there for me when I needed them. I can't think of any criticism of the place that isn't a tiny nitpick. If I wasn't relocating again out of state, I would stay here forever. Thanks for a great few years!

This was the perfect apartment to move to. We lived there just over a year and could not have been happier with the whole experience. Nicole the apartment manager is amazing, super friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs. Nicole is always reachable and happy to help solve any problem. Maintenance is easy to get in contact with, fast, and fixes issues when in need. We loved the balcony that came with our apartment and enjoyed the greenery in the area. In the winter they plow the area every morning which makes it easy to get in and out of the community! I highly recommend the Charter Oaks to anyone relocating to the Liverpool/Syracuse area.
