I moved to Woodland Acres just over a month ago. My townhouse is modern, well maintained and has a nice layout making it feel spacious. The overall community and my building are quiet. There are some pros/cons with the amenities - the internet is fast and setup easy, the gym is open 24 hours with your own key fob and has decent equipment. The pool is heated and amazing when open. Its hours vary and it is sometimes closed for maintenance/lifeguard staffing however the office does a really great job at communicating the hours and keeping everyone updated via email. Lastly, I would say that everyone has been super helpful. Matt in the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the process of my search and move in. I had a small issue with my trash pickup and Karen called the trash provider to help resolve it for me. I made one small non-emergency maintenance request when settling in and I got a call/fix within minutes of submitting the online form! From start to finish it has been a good experience.

We just moved in a few days ago. Our experience so far has been excellent. Matt was very welcoming in showing us around when we first started looking. We relocated from CT and was a bit cautious considering reviews we had read but decided overall this was a GREAT fit for our family. The location is perfect. Tie the property manager was great as well. Looking forward to this being a great place for us to live for a while. Everything was neat and clean upon us moving in.
