Been a Verizon wireless customer for about 20 years. It used to be super easy to do anything which is why I was always willing to pay the premium they charge over other service providers. Convince is something I have 0 issue paying for. Not sure what changed the last few years (hopefully it's just this location) but they seem to do everything possible to make even the simplest transactions as difficult as possible. Not to mention you better schedule an appointment and be prepared to wait at least 15min for someone to even check you in. Customer service is the main reason I have stayed with them for 2 decades, they used to value how long I had been a customer and did whatever they could to help me out. I guess my choices now are to either drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different location (the clay store is less than 2 minutes from my house) or find a new provider.

There is always a wait!! No matter if there is no one in there,5 mins turns into 45 ,1 hr wait! Best advice stay away from Verizon period, service just plain sucks!!!!
