The food is always really good, but the experience isn’t. Last night we never even made it to the table. Instead we sat for an hour watching as the hostess mocked and laughed at our waiting party, after getting an attitude at an 80 year old for asking if our table was ready. Worst experience ever, and with the hostess at that!

Awful when the hostesses ruin the entire establishment. I know the service industry well and have worked every position myself so I know how much abuse they put up with. But that does not excuse unprofessional behavior and flat out insulting customers as they sit and wait for a table. The hostesses stood at the front holding up the podium while every other employee was running around helping people so I see no reason for them to complain about their job. I wish I had gotten their names but they were clearly kids who didn’t care about anyone but themselves. Making comments such as “I don’t get paid to do that, I only make $10 an hour” “I almost gave their table away” “it’s going to hours before we seat you” & commenting on what my family was wearing?!? Mind you we came in to celebrate my brothers graduation. I understand I also came with my 80 year old impatient grandmother but learn some basic customer service skills before you work with the public. & to the management I applaud you for helping your team run food out and keeping a flow of service but those girls need reprimanded not just coached. They blatantly insulted us and laughed in our faces. We will not be back.

Pleasantly surprised with the food and overall experience. Staff was attentive and helpful. Reasonable prices with Happy hour deals on select appetizers and drinks. I will return to try those.
