Fitzgerald's is probably the most upscale restaurant in the Ashtabula harbor. All of their food is made from scratch so you can expect that your time in the restaurant will be a little longer; however, it'll be well worth it. They have one of the most unusual things I've ever seen a meatball salad. It is a wonderful salad with two very large meatballs that are probably the best meatballs I have ever had at a restaurant. Additionally, they have a French cut pork chop which is extremely well done with a maple reduction sauce. Try this place you won't be disappointed!

Enjoyed the charcuterie board and drinks to start. Main courses of filet migon, pork chop, and salmon were also great. Finished with brown butter cake and the cheesecake split among the four of us. Staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful change from a chain place trying to seat as many people as possible during dinner.

Please take the time to go here, it is beyond worth it!! Fitzgerald's is one of the best restaurant and bars I have been to in a very long time. Everything about it is so inviting and wonderful from the swanky atmosphere, the beautifully crafted cocktails and wine selection, to the phenomenally made to order from scratch dinner menu. The food is so fantastic and will leave you wanting to come back to try it all. Every drink I've gotten from there is so delicious and perfectly curated. The service is excellent, they are so welcoming and kind. You can really tell they take pride in the service they have here. As other people have stated it is truly a gem hidden in the historic harbor of Ashtabula. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant. You will not be disappointed in the slightest. It will leave you wanting to come back every weekend!
