Had an appointment last month fir oil change an tire rotation i was 10 min early waited 30 minutes the guy comes out tells me they cannot do it WHAT??! WASTING MY TIME no Sorry NOTHING so I called madison to speak to manager, owner I left 3 messages with his coworker a promise he'd call back as I told coworker what had happened ti.e has gone by and NO CALL NO NOTHING I DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT BEEN GOIN HERE 2 YEARS NEVER A PROBLEM seems to me tire rotation I couldn't get in for 2.months by just showing up so I made appointment and still cannot get my truck done wth??

This is the best establishment that I have ever used. The staff was awesome! Excellent management and customer service! I was able to take care of all of my vehicles need in one spot. Love this place! Will definitely go back again.

Let's see went there to get a tire rotation and oil change at Valvoline Madison's recommendation. They said a appointment would not be necessary. I get there and they weren't able to do the tire rotation due to both lifts being used. I went a head with oil change and made a 10:30 appointment for the following Friday to get the tire rotation. I show up on Friday at.10:30 and both lifts are occupied. One of the lifts still had the same car on it from two days before. The manager disappeared for 5 minutes and then came back and said it will probably be at least 15 minutes. I am pretty sure they forgot about my appointment. Since my husband already had issues with them when he tried to buy tires a few months back for his work truck (no one called him back), I decided that was strike three so I left. The manager had absolutely no management skills and could care less about me as a customer. I will find somewhere else to get my oil changed and tire rotation.
