Strongly recommended! Reasons: 1. Wonderful management and maintanance service. Having troubles? Call or text Doug, he can solve your problems very fast. No forms to fill, no need for tons of emails! 2. Great loaction close to North Ponds Park. You can go for disc golf, fishing or a realxing walk whenever you want! Wegmans, Target, and many restaurants are all in 5 mins drive! 3. Carport will save you tons of time deicing!!!

Great place! Quiet peaceful setting with a excellent location near local establishments. Doug the property manager is awesome, always responds to problems immediately and takes great care of the complex. Wish I could have stayed longer. Keep up the good work!

nice affordable apartments in a great location been hear a year it’s quiet peaceful and relaxing Doug is on site management has always showed up when needed I would like to see a few upgrades but hoping this will come overtime sooner then later love being here Would like to see new windows all around with screens a/c it can use a huge upgrade and outlets all around but no complaints really enjoyed my stay and signed for another year Also maybe it can use a few more washers and dryers on site

Super property and location. They have done a nice job updating the units with nice bathrooms and kitchens. Manager has done a good job with any repairs I needed. Very close to Wegmans and other shops.
