I love it here,but all the unsupervised kid's drive me crazy, plus they play in the street's and don't care if car's are coming in they won't get out of the the way. We also need new washing machine's and dryers. This place really going down hill kids are taking over, playing ding dong ditch, leaving their bikes all over the place, trash on the grounds, management singles out people, they don't treat people fairly as equals. They are unfair. I had a week to put my grill into my storage area or get rid of it, or I would be violation of my lease, I had to get rid of it, that was 3 months ago, while others can keep their grills outside not in there storage area's, now how unfair is that? Maybe headquarters needs another phone call.

I have lived at the Woodlands since the beginning. I remember it being so pleasant and clean. The unsupervised kids around here make life here not so pleasant. People that have pets, don't clean up after them and the lawn is showing wear due to the animals. There is also a lot of garbage thrown around. I like it here. It is accessible for my WC needs and there is a free gym-which is a plus. Just giving you guys the heads up. Ty
