Buy the ticket from the airline and then when they get there they'll be taken by the TSA to the plane
I believe it's the same as anyone else getting a ticket but I believe they are escorted onto the plane by a gate agent to ensure they get on the correct flight.
This would be best posed against the airline you want to fly, since it's the airlines that issue tickets, not the airport.
