The chapel on 5200 West between 3500 south and 4100 south was the last chapel to be built by members, literally.? Not just donations of money but donations of labor Is that correct? West Valley city historical committee wants to know.

I have a Grandfather that was Endowed at the age of 15 in 1879 in the St. George Temple. I cannot find out a reason from FamilySearch as to why he would have been that young. Is there any reason, from a Church History perspective, for this?
