Yeah, the stuff is decent but honestly for the price I would expect decent customer service. I have tried to make returns with them several times and cannot simply do it online like you can with almost every other retailer. When you call their customer service expect to wait for an extremely long time to speak to anyone only to have your problems mildly taken care of. I really am shocked that they are so blase about their customer service... with their prices I expect better.

Ohmigoodness this place is the Taj Mahal for foodies. Serious selection of all things kitchen, with a lot of high end merchandise like Breville and All-Clad. Staff was quite helpful as well

The employees there are not customer service oriented. Several have a bad attitude. The prices there have gone up 40%.
