I was on the road, 1200 miles from home, on my 2006 VFR800. The regulator/rectifier died. Fortunately I was 1.5 miles from this shop. Unfortunately they were "too busy" to look at my bike. Fortunately I was able to buy some jumper cables and limp out of SLC. Having trouble? Look elsewhere. Pray for Jesus to help you. That will be at least as useful as these guys, and maybe more so.

James started me off and was very helpful and accommodating and helpful with pre-approval and Gavin did a fantastic job getting the rest settled, I ended up going with a different bike then initially and am absolutely loving it, the whole team I talked to was very helpful
