Is this a safe neighborhood to live in?

I have lived here 2 months with no problems either. So I guess it's safe to say yes.

Each resident goes through the same rental, income, credit, and criminal background check in order to be approved to live at our community.

I've had to call the cops a few times. Make sure you lock up your car and everything inside.

I've been at the lake for a year, n it's my neighbors that make it a good place to stay. The people anyways make a place home. The staff are very helpful n has always treated me with respect. N that's makes it the place for me to live, not stay!!

I've lived here for 2 months and i haven't had any issues. I had 2 sons who also previously lived here and in the 2 years they were here there weren't any issues.

My daughter lived there and never had any problems. She met nice neighbors and really liked it.
