Worst service ever been home all day the deliver put in my system that he came by the house been by my front door with door open all day called twice about my package was told the driver will contact me and never did

I think they do that to get off work earlier, and I would definitely report that. Even if they don't refund your shipping fee (which me personally I would request/demand that) I would still call because that particular driver is going to keep doing it if they can get away with it. He/she should have at least kept the communication open and called. No real attempt was made. Wish you the best of luck with it.

They did the same thing to me. FEDEX IS THE WORST. My package has been on the truck for 3 days.
