PLS DO NOT LIVE HERE. Worst area to live here. Might look all pretty in the outside but this apartments are old and nasty. Even the complex it’s self isn’t ever clean. They charged me for moving out like who does that.. my whole apartment was on the market so why wouldn’t I move out before the availability date for a new person to live there? AND THEY SURE DIDN’T GIVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. Don’t waste your time .

A great place to live, rent is reasonable. The staff is very friendly Internet is included in rent and it's good Internet too. Neighbors are very nice people. It's a great location there are many business around so if you don't have a car everything is walking distance. They have an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a gym so there is no reason to be sitting around doing nothing. If you need any maintenance done in your apartment they are really quick to fix it. And if you have any issues the front office is very understanding and will be more then willing to talk to you about any issues.

Absolutely do not live here, unless you don’t want your deposit back or your calls returned! Unhelpful staff everywhere throughout this apartment complex, maintenance as well as office staff. Roaches everywhere, uncleanly, not well-kept. They’re too busy making the outside look appealing to fix the actual problems in these units. My balcony was basically falling apart and it took them 3 months to fulfill a work order. On the chances they did fulfill them if they came in when we weren’t home they would leave no paperwork to ensure they were there or that they fixed the issue. When I moved in I actually found a tinfoil pipe along with many cigar butts tucked away on my balcony that management missed before we got our keys. Residents are wonderful, but you can get a much better bang for your buck in Fayetteville. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Carlson Bay down the street is cheaper and much nicer! I was not going to leave this review but the constant ignoring from the office staff was the last straw. I hope they can get their act together for the sake of future residents.

Went here to deliver some food, landscaping was nicely kept, have a beutiful pond for some of the views, building looked well maintained from the outside..

It doesn't have a formal dining room.the master bedroom can fit a king size bed,1 dresser, 2 night stand.the 2nd bedroom can fit a King size bed with night stands,2 dresser set.the closet r small.the kitchen is small,small counter space, small cabinets space.no storage rm attached. But u they offer a storage rent space 4 $25 a month. The bathroom is small.the living area is small.u can c the apartments on there website or come in to c if works 4 u and ur family.i hope this help u.
