We had them replace a windshield, after a while it started leaking water into the cab. We took it back for replacement as it is supposed to be under warranty. They refused to replace it because there was a very small pit in the windshield and they said that voided the warranty. The nick is small, didn't go through the windshield and didn't "spider" crack. It has nothing to do with the water draining from the top of the windshield into the cab. Evidently they use any excuse to void their warranty.
