My husband and I applied for these apartments and never heard anything back. We called daily and the lady we spoke with several times finally informed us days out from our move in date that we had been accepted, but the property manager still had to sign off before we got the lease. She even told us our apartment number. Our move in date was supposed to be July 10th and to this day we still haven’t heard from them. My husband was PCSing from overseas and we were hoping to find a place before he had to report to Bragg, but that unfortunately didn’t happen.

It's beautiful I would love to live there.the lady that my husband and I spoke to today 7/1/22act like we didn't have a appointment and didn't let us know what we have to do to get a apartment there.the lady my husband spoke to on the phone the day before gave us the appointment and told us she would have something by August 5th but the young lady today brush us off..

Don’t recommend no soldier to get a unit here. Customer service is ridiculous! Trash is always full! Which cause high pest. The gate has been down for years no security. Maintenance is awesome however the front desk don’t notify them. People don’t pick up dog waste. We deserve better as soldiers. Recommend no star. No one never replies back to emails.

I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years and it has been a really good experience with good service and a pleasant environment. However, I take issue with replacing the gate guard with an automatic gate last fall (2021). Since the automatic gate has been installed it has only been functional for a few days over the last 100 days. This is not a low crime city and so I do care about physical Security. This “gated community” has not actually had a gate for three months now. If the gate is fixed I’ll update the review! Update: May 31 2022. The gate is still nonfunctional.
