I love living here! The office management makes sure any work orders are taken care of with in 48 hours! I actually left and came back here because they really treat you like family. Diana in the front does events to get to know the residents! There really isn’t a better place to live in Fayetteville!

I moved to NC for work and the year I lived here I enjoyed my stay. I would like thank you all for such professionalism and kindness. The staff was always extremely kind and your property made me feel safe and comfortable. Diana thank you for being so much for being extremely sweet and helpful during my time with Bristol park. I’d also like to give a huge thanks to maintenance. I never had any issues with my apartment but the guys on the staff were great. In passing or doing routine work they were very friendly and professional. I wish you all the very best and continue to provide excellent service.

The management has changed at least 3-4 times in the past 2 years. The new managers are TERRIBLE. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for 4 months now. Every time that I have approached the issue, I have been given the same solution, followed by a nonchalant apology. I’ve been waiting for almost a month for a simple phone call from Nana. She has not returned my calls, or any of my emails regarding this issue. On the other hand, I have been receiving emails weekly about renewing my lease. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I would not recommend anyone move here, especially not under the current management. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I moved into this apartment complex February 2020 an moved out February 2022. The first few months of me an my family living here the rain was literally coming through the walls in my bedroom. Rain was dripping from the ceiling and pockets of water was running down the walls. They put plaster over it, it still leaked whenever it rained. We also had a leaky toilet the whole time we lived there they came to fix it multiple times, but it was never actually fixed. We moved out the first week of February turned in our keys, expecting to get a final receipt, we were told they would email it. I then received a call two weeks later from the office saying I had a week to move out. I explained to the lady how I been out for about 2 weeks an I turned my keys in. They sent out the final receipt on the 25of February, an told me I had 30days to pay it, why did the ladies at the front office send it to collections on March 6th. The lady at the office still took my payment but today April 18th the collection company they use is calling me. These people working the front office don’t know how to do there jobs!
