I’ve been a member here since 2015. I walked in not knowing a thing about boxing and just wanting a different kind of workout with weight loss as my goal! I came here and got more than I ever imagined! The prices are a steal for members— Coach Khalil could (and should) charge more than he does. The thing I have most appreciated is learning proper skill and technique which will keep the boxer safe in the long run! There are a lot of gyms out there that will charge an arm and leg for you to be trained by “trainers” they pull in from off the street and with no experience. When I did a one year stint in a different state, I experienced just that. If you don’t learn the proper form and technique, you will injure yourself. Might as well learn from a boxer that comes from that real northern (Philly) boxing culture. As transient as Ft. Bragg is and with boxers in and out of different duty stations etc. this place has always felt like home!

Yes. Coach Khalil trains everyone. He has trained me for the past 3 years. Im a bi lateral amputee. My mobility was decent but he perfected the areas i was weak in. So come as you are, he can help you in your situation.
