This place is great. Clean, safe, organized and they definitely know what they are doing when it comes to training the kids and adults. A great place to be. I'd recommend it to anyone who is taking the sport of boxing seriously.

Great instruction, great people, great investment. C-19 had my kids on crazy mode but them joining and coaches strict instruction got them acting right. They also have more experienced boxers working with them and that motivates them. I would highly recommend.

I been here for about a week or so, I know it may be to soon to rate a 5 star but that shows how great this place is. I learned (and still learning) many things in a short amount of time. I really recommend this place if you want to learn boxing and be in shape.

The monthly fee for a 14 yo is $70. However, we do off a discount for military, first responders, and educators.
Classes are $110 for adults and $70 for kids
Idk....about a 5 yr old....but I do know there are really young kids in there....but if you have any question the coach and his family are wonderful and will answer any questions you have....good luck
Yes we do train teenagers that do not wish to compete.
