Do NOT LIVE HERE. When you move into an apartment your supposed to do a walk around with them or if you take over a lease, at least give them a heads up your taking full responsibility for everything. But no these people did not do that, I lived here for three years and I'm so glad I decided to leave. They charged me for what the last attendees did and while I was living there half of the stove worked, we had leaks in our dishwasher that made the kitchen smell like mold and they didn't do anything about it. Move to Landmark Apartments the last few days with them has been amazing compared to the last three years with these people.

Not worth their new asking price of $1300 a month. These apartments are old and the kitchens are not updated at all nor are the fixtures but they are raising the rent by $400... my cabinet doors are falling off and the shower nozzle squeaks, no ceiling fans in the rooms, closets are super small... its not worth it at all. They told me a year ago when I moved in that they were going to update my kitchen and it never happened. They say they are going to update things but they don't, they say it to get you to sign the lease. Then every month your rent fluctuates and it's highly irritating because water, sewer, trash, part control, and a service fee are added each mouth but it's not a set price.

The new owners are switching everything for good now. But you still have bugs and old appliance in the apartments.

Very outdated apartments for what they are charging! Needs renovating! The price is not worth the quality of the apartment units. Also the fitness center is terrible.
