Fedex driver can't read address correctly. My packages have shown delivered but not to my home...Im assuming to someone else in the community

There is no way to contact the actual facility. I missed my final attempt at delivery. Then was given a new delivery date. Only to be told another attempt was made on the new delivery date (automated call) but no new delivery attempt was made at all. I'm trying to find my package which is $700+.

I think they do that to get off work earlier, and I would definitely report that. Even if they don't refund your shipping fee (which me personally I would request/demand that) I would still call because that particular driver is going to keep doing it if they can get away with it. He/she should have at least kept the communication open and called. No real attempt was made. Wish you the best of luck with it.

Why does it take so long to deliver a package when it needs to be signed for? FedEx in Fayetteville NC poor service i am totally pissed wasting my day waiting!
