Went to my mail box @ the post office this morning. Unusual to have no mail and it was notably dark in the box. Looked in it and saw a cardboard block in the input end. There was no explanation card as to why, what gives?

I haven't had mail for about a week now, but I'm not sure if that's okay or not, because the customers aren't exactly on a schedule for sending in remit to payments.
