Have p.o. box 📦 that was all screwed up for a while. Some how my nephew was able to get a hold of my P.0 and get his mail sent there. Don't know how that all works?

My mail has not been delivered for two weeks. Online says it's on snow hold at this location. But when I go into the post office they tell me the mail carrier is holding our mail. This is a crime at this point. I will be filing a complaint with the sheriff's office and contacting the Idaho State AG
