The Sparklight tech arrived as scheduled, quickly made the necessary connections, plugged in the new modem/router, set it up, gave me the password, make sure it worked, and left me with a fully-operational wifi network with zero subsequent issues.

Jeff R and Tim S approximately 2.5 hours fixing my signal strength problem. They really had to spend a lot of time to find where all the connection and cables were...in the attic, crawl space and garage. Tim also informed me that my dryer vent in the crawl space was broken. He even took pictures of it. Poor guy was covered with lint. Jeff was running from room to room, communicating with Tim to locate the connections throughout the entire house. Jeff also made sure my computer, tablet, TV and cell phone and landline were all working . They are a great team! They were very courteous and professional. I have been with Cable One/Sparklite since they came to Boise over 30 years ago. It is because of the great customer service you provide and Tim and Jeff are stellar examples of this. Thanks guys!.... Kathy Burney

Internet went wonky, tech support had Tom P. out here in two hours. He found the cable to my house worn out, replaced it, called in a ticket to bury it. Tested my router, I asked for and got advise on router/mesh replacements I was thinking about. Very transparent about what he was doing and I was pleased to have him work on my problem.

If you don't want to rent, you have to buy that same modem that they install. It should be on their website. You will probably have to hook it up yourself
I agree with them on their assessments.
I think because Thursday Night football is now streaming on Amazon it won't be back.
If you rent a modem from Sparklight the instructions are on the bottom. You can also call them and they can do it remotely.
Set your time zone to UTC +7. Maybe be named by city, e.g. Phoenix or Denver.
Online
Best bet would be to call- because changing password can be done online by simply clicking forgot password- but I dont believe that's the same for your email address.
They give you a reduced rate for 2-3 months to try it.
Ma'am, the only way is to go in personally and deal with them.
They are open monday through friday 9am to 1pm they have remotes out for exchange. They are individually wrapped. And bins for old equipment be sure to talk to the rep if your exchanging rented equipment, and wear your mask. Be safe.
Just get ahold of Sparklight, google Sparklight deals
If you would like a proper assessment of the cost, I would recommend calling in to customer service. They can better explain the cost, if any, and possibly schedule an appointment.
I don't know 😕...
192.168.0.1 is put in your address bar of your browser.
I don't watch much TV. My husband does, an yes he does.
You would have to ask a billing agent. It depends on the package you subscribe to (speeds)
There is a remote control user guide on their web site that will walk you through pairing your TV with the remote
Have you tried calling them, because I have no idea what password you are talking about what so ever.
The new name was cohesion by a focus group who where given multiple names as options but we're not told what company the name was for. It was chosen in Portland Oregon from what I was told.
If you're in Eagle you can probably get Century Link DSL at 40Mbps which will be as efficient as 100Mbps from Cable 1. And, you'll have no problems with the service.
Yes. Digital Channels 139 and 1139
I would imagine that they do. Your best bet would be to call CableOne and talk to a customer service representative about it. It would be a special case scenario so they would have to go through a special team but I would be surprised if they said no. I can't find anything about LifeLink in our policies but as a field tech I don't interact directly on a daily basis with policy
It gets automatically changed if the current data plan is exceeded.
You will have to go to the Cable One location by the mall, in Boise.
