Are others in Eagle, ID having to reboot their modem every 24-96 hours? My line has been checked twice. Modem replaced once. I’ve been told they have intermittent problems at the headend that was supposed to be fixed one or two weekends ago.

If you're in Eagle you can probably get Century Link DSL at 40Mbps which will be as efficient as 100Mbps from Cable 1. And, you'll have no problems with the service.

That company really sucks, I can not help you with that problem that you are having with them, except to drop the cable company. Go with drtv., also when Comcast comes to Idaho they will be put out of business, that is my wish for that to happen to them.
