I was waiting for a sight for almost 7 months up here in Calgary AB (Canada). I finally got fed up of waiting and decided to look else where. I stumbled on S&S Archery through google and reached out. I am brand new to archery and I sent an email asking for recommendations and advice. Rob McConnell promptly fired me back an email recommending their own S&S back country pro hunter. He even helped me get the correct adapter for my Hoyt RX5. We emailed back several times as I had a few questions and he always responded right away. Never felt any pressure in buying anything, just super knowledgable and helpful. The items were packaged up well and no damage at all. Also the shipping was very quick and fast. I had an email the very next day of my order being shipped out. I have everything mounted now and I just sent another email on how to sight it in and Rob once again sent me an email of the video link. I'm very impressed with the excellent service from Rob.
