Did a return today and was told since I used PayPal I would have to wait for a check to be mailed to me. There’s no mention regarding PayPal on their website. I always look to see how refunds are done prior to purchasing. They said they have an agreement with PayPal to do it that way, and that’s OK however they should have it posted on their website for people. TENDER FOR TENDER POLICY All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase. Credit and Debit Cards - The same account will be credited. Check - A refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge. Cash - When funds are unavailable or cash refund amount is greater than $500, a refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Gift Card - Refunds will be given in the form of a new card. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law). Trade-Ins - You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise. Exchanges Accompanied by Gift Receipt - You may exchange jewelry within 60 days and watches within 30 days. This excludes purchases made with Progressive Lease.

We purchased the lifetime warranty on my ring, and they have been nothing short of amazing. I broke a prong, and they fixed it faster than the given time frame, and had it shipped to our house that is about 2 hours away! We are so glad we took our business to Kay!

Pam and Abigail were awesome! As the store was closing (the gates were closed!) they worked late and were able to get my engagement ring back to me ahead of schedule! I can’t express enough how thankful I am because we had an engagement photo session this weekend. They were kind, understanding and most of all, over the course of our relationship with Kay jewelers have been attentive and addressed any concern/cleaning with a smile.
