I had one of there mail woman come to my house knock and yell at my mother about why we kept returning mail and my mom was telling her that isn’t ours and she wouldn’t let my mom speak at all, she also threaten us that if we keep sending back mail she was going to report that we don’t live there and that she wouldn’t give us our mail. She is beyond racist she was yelling at us and kept saying u guys “don’t understand” and walked away from us when we tried to explain that that mail wasn’t for anyone who lived in our address. I pay my taxes to get treated like this wow! This lady went and told my apartment manager that we had harassed her and that she was “shaking because of how scared she was” , honey no we were the one who were scared ! We got a letter from out apartment people stating that she reported us and that we were being mean to her. Keep in mind I’m Hispanic and my mother is too. This is the number of the car she drives I hope I can get someone from the post office to help us with this situation. This is her and her car

Do not use this post office to receive mail. They actively avoid forwarding packages to general delivery sites and will have your items sent back to the original sender. Employees will explain this to you very rudely so I suggest not wasting your energy. The one on 770 S 13th St does general delivery & employees are much nicer there.

I paid $270 for one day shipping to arrive the next day to cali. My package never left Idaho, I went in early to send in my package but it never reached its destination and I never got any updates.

The workers are not friendly. They keep you waiting even when there is a line, they will NOT call for help. I will never send my packages there again. They won’t tape flaps shut on card board boxes like UPS does as a courtesy to the customers. USPS seems as though they are doing us, the customer a favor. I told them that I will pay the extra for the great service their private sector competitors (UPS) give and that I will no longer use USPS for sending packages. Besides the difference in cost is minimal and UPS gets the packages delivered so much faster than the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE does.

I would early morning
The post office does not guarantee delivery on priority mail anymore. I found that out when it took 8 days to get a paycheck that was sent to me from a previous employer in a priority mail envelope. The post office clerk they only guaranteed delivery if I'd have spent $25 for express delivery.
They have consistently left a key for me to pick up a package from a lock box, but each time the particular box is emtpy. It's like they can't even read
The USPS FAQs state "Customers must keep the approach to their mailboxes clear of obstructions to allow safe access for delivery". No distance is specified.
Yes
I’m not sure. I’m from Yorkshire in the UK you see, so I’ve no idea about post offices in Boise.
