The guy made me wait in line then wouldn't weigh my packages or tell me how much it would cost. But made me spent 15 more minutes filling out paperwork at a separate counter, that in the past I filled out at the front counter. Then I had to wait 10 more minutes as he was busy but not with a customer. Only for him to tell me it would cost $42 to mail a book?? I wasn't going to pay nearly a hundred bucks to mail 2 average books. My lunch was lost. Heres an idea. Why not post the new exorbitant prices!

Worst service I have ever had here! The man working, Jack, refused to take my large envelopes because he was working by himself and didn’t want to process a large order. Only 1 other person in line behind me. I have never had this problem before today.

First US post office I've ever seen with no outside mail drop. Why not install one so folks could drop off mail outside business hours. Not very convenient for a downtown location in a major city

At Borah station ? I believe they r 8 to 8 Monday thru Friday; and 8 to 6 on Saturdays.
