I visited this website they were not able to help me after the first few words that came out of my mouth makes me wonder how long firms actually get clients because their intake workers don’t really care I suppose it’s not up to a lawyer to really give a care they just evaluate the case to see if it actually will win money sometimes is about the principle of the matter anyways, that’s all I have to say

We had a GREAT experience with Lemon ale Attorneys! Not only was the experience easy to navigate because of the staff’s experience and knowledge, but they were able to get our claim reconciled quicker than anticipated and for more money! Would definitely recommend this group and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

Questions & Answers

I purchased a used 2017 Durango from a dealership in June 2020. A week after purchasing it I had to take it back into their dealership service department for repair. It has been in there over 5 times for the same issue now. What can be done?

The answer really depends on whether or not you also had a warranty with the used car purchase. If the repairs were made while under warranty, please give us a call and we can discuss your issues and see if we can help. If there was no warranty and the car was purchased "as-is" then there really isn't much we can do to help and you might want to try considering contacting your state bar association.

I brought a car on July 17, 2020 for $15,600 and the trans is going out to the tune of $2860.00 today is September 22, 2020 what can l do with no warranty?

Unfortunately, without any warranty, we will be unable to assist. You can get in touch with your state bar association legal referral service to see if you might be able to get some assistance.

Does lemon law pertain to extended warranty

The lemon law does not specifically cover repairs made under an extended warranty. While there may be other consumer protection statutes that could apply, our firm focuses solely on those repairs made under manufacturer’s warranty.
