At lease signing the senior pays the first month's rent. They will also have a choice in paying a security deposit equal to one month's rent, or becoming a member of the co-op for a one time fee of $100. The $100 fee will act as their security deposit and entitle them to vote on issues that come up in the co-op. They will also be able to vote for their co-op's officers.

If you call St. David's leasing office, their leasing volunteer can describe to you their bathrooms. It's typically a standard bathtub with shower. Their leasing office is 734-453-0417. They volunteer, so if you get a voice mail, please leave a message for a return call after the beep and they will call you back. They can also tell you what the apartment comes with, such as carpeting and window treatments, how the van is used, and what kind of activities go on at their co-op.

St. David's Co-op Apartments is affordable housing for low income seniors. The maximum income allowed for 1 person is $26,750 p/yr. and for 2 persons it's $30,550 p/yr. The age criteria for standard unit is 62 and older, and there are also accessible units for persons who are permanently mobility impaired.
