I love the costumer services. Especially with maintenance guys are so kind . Mr John reinstall the whole air conditioner. It took few days to get the equipment and new compartment. the job was done fantastically. He stayed and make sure new parts working. He also came and check on me few days later make sure I have no issues. The only reason I give 4/5 because I also have something to repair at least once a month🙁

So far my experience has not been very good. My A/C has been out twice. My key did not unlock my storage unit and took way too long to get a key for it as I needed to use that storage one I moved in. As part of the amenities included here was a car was station. It has not worked since I moved in. The mailbox station seem in need of a overhaul. Doors falling off. Dent in refrigerator when I moved in. Very disappointed.

The staff @ The Retreat in Peachtree City is exceptional in every way! The office team of Ms. Karen, Chloe, and Tori are always so pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team of John, Vince, and DJ are great as well! They’re very committed to the tenants and any service that needs taken care of.
