I scheduled an appointment to see a studio at 9:30am. It is a far travel for me, I had to take off work. When arrived they stated the studio was not available to see. Do not waste ur time here. Unprofessional and rude.

how much is the rent for a two bedroom
It's open, but they don't have passes. Residents are only allowed 2 guests... it's a really small pool for 600 residents.
If on the side of the Hudson in building 79 Alexander Street or the other building you won't be bother by the sound
