Newbrook Gardens is a little hidden gem. It is a quiet co-op complex tucked away just south of the Southern State Parkway on the eastern edge of Bay Shore. The staff are nice, helpful, and responsive and the community is very friendly. The grounds are well cared for too.

1 bdrm vary in price..since some are co-ops..not sure about studios but 1 bdrms go for $1850 and up
