The lemon law does not specifically cover repairs made under an extended warranty. While there may be other consumer protection statutes that could apply, our firm focuses solely on those repairs made under manufacturer’s warranty.
I am not sure. My case was during the certified warranty period. I do not believe extended warranty coverage would qualify under lemon Law.
