For a small town festival it has big city feels. There were enough rides for younger and older kids. The craft tents were worth visiting and the food was great too! The music was the ride speed too. The bad that we listened to mixed genres and kept everyone entertained. I would definitely go back next year.

Hi Nancy, Ride Armbands can be purchased on Sunday only at the festival.
The festival hours are: Friday, 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
No it's long past for the year but Plymouth usually has something for Halloween just not a carnival
