This is a natural waterfall, if you drive 89 going south towards Tahoe you will know if it's flowing because you will see the waterfall from the road looking up the mountain. Just be careful driving and taking the hairpin turns. To get to the waterfall is a one way road, it's crazy!!
The water fall is inspired from the snow cap on Mt. Tallac.. At this time of the year which will be very limited. As someone said... Small stream is something you see..
