Why cant navy federal help me when I had someone steal my debit card information and yet their only solution is to cancel the debit card but not attempt to get the money back.

I recommend going into your local branch to speak with a representative face to face. Often times some problems are best dealt with in person.

I don't know why Navy Federal is becoming slack like this but they definitely lost our respect. My husband is retired from the army and the way they mishandled his account was ridiculous.
