They dont have a 24 hour line to speak with someone about account information. Ive called every number listed and not one number connected me to a live person about my account. When the bank opens on monday i will be removing my money and going to another bank that has a number for me to contact someone whenever i need to.

Love the fact it is close to my home and easy to get to. Hate the fact that it gives out my name and addy for a mailing source for other services not attached to the credit union.
