I really didnt want to give the one star but this was the only way it would allow me to write a review. I have had accounts with AllSouth for many years and this is the first time I am seriously considering closing both accounts with this organization. I have tried calling their customer service line for over an hour with no answer. Horrible customer service. My mom even went to a branch (the Fort Jackson branch) and received horrible customer service in person. They were no help at all. I have never experienced such poor service from a banking institution and its ashame that I will be closing my accounts here.
