If i could i would give them a big Zero .the worst customer services .they double charged my debit card and when i called they don't know how to reimburse my money back spoke to them 5 times with 5 different people. time for me to leave this unorganized bank.

If you use your card yes they do I do it all the time
First you have to down load the app and get your acct number from them they can walk you though it they did me.
They have an automated phone service to check balances, or use online banking. If reporting fraud on debit, phone number is on the back of card. Or call and leave a message to have them return call during banking hours.
