If you'd like to become a Palmetto Citizens member, you can begin your membership application online to open your initial savings account. Once your application has been submitted, a representative will contact you to complete your request. To handle the entire process remotely, you will need to provide electronic copies of your SC Driver's License (or other valid SC ID), a current utility bill and an initial deposit of at least $25 (this can be handled over the phone using a checking account and routing #). You can also complete this portion of the process by visiting one of our 14 Midlands Offices during business hours. Once your initial savings account are opened, you can open any additional accounts, apply for a loan(s) or take advantage of the other benefits of membership with PCFCU.
