Consistently a 30 minute wait every time I come here. I can’t even laugh all the way to the bank anymore smh

Take your patience, lunch, and several snacks when you visit the branch offices. They are so slow. The services they offer are phenomenal, but the efficiency of the tellers is horrible. Everytime I come in someone is training. Perhaps, they should train new CSR on Tuesday through Thursday and not on a Friday or the busy days.

First time branch visitor. They seem understaffed and in little to no hurry to help customers. Been in NFCU branches all over the world but service rarely this badI

This Navy is a very nice Branch. I've visited several time. I like they have ATM inside and outside. I didn't have to stand in the long line. It's one of the nicest NFCU I've seen. I think they've been upgrading for awhile now.

I recommend going into your local branch to speak with a representative face to face. Often times some problems are best dealt with in person.
I became a member in 1995 and financed my car through Navy Federal less than a week later, so unless policy has changed the answer to your question is likely to be yes. NFCU approval of all loans takes credit worthiness and available income into account. I don't believe that length of credit union membership comes into play for loans.
Yes
Yes. Absolutely. Nearest branch to me is 40 miles, so I do everything via electronic banking: Deposits, transfers, autopay. Only thing is if you need a large amount of cash for something, such as a cash car purchase, you need to to the branch. alternative may be to enroll with a more local Credit union and then transfer from NFCU to that CU (usually no charge for transfers between CU's) and then withdraw locally.
Not at that location
Yes, mail takes longer 5 to 7 days .If you go inside of your nearest branch its provided to you within 10 minutes. Hope this helps
Yes ,it is. IT'S a bank for civilian as well.. my son when he was in the Navy 25years ago opened the account for me. He is no longer military.
They don't have a branch in Charlotte. The closest one is I think at Fort Jackson in Columbia.
Think the date deposits show up depends on the time the direct deposit is transmitted. When I was active duty direct deposited always posted the actual day the of the transaction.
