Terrible service and overpriced. I have never seen such indifference to customers. For those who value their money, time and nerves, I recommend avoiding this place. The worst place I've ever been to. Overprices and the attitude to the customers is horrible. Don't waste here your time, money and nerves.

Bought a ring and was told it was 7.1 grams.. went back a year later to try to sell it back. Turns out out it's a 4 gram ring . Bring your own scale to check their honesty

they could learn to treat customers with respect I showed up they weren't to close for 10 more mins there were 2 other ppl shopping in the store now yes I was wearing a sleeveless shirt but I said at the door for 10mins being ignored then they refused to let me in. wearing my dress slacks dress shoes and watches they don't even sell there. I was going in to see about getting a custom dimaond engagement ring. assumed what it would roughly cost me about $8k to $12k. Should learn the meaning of respect and customer service that's for sure. will never use them after that .
