Love this shop, I’ve just been having lots of trouble tracking you guys down. The hours are inconsistent and no notice on when you were closing nor when expected to be open. I have two pieces I’ve been trying to get out and it’s already been two weeks of calling nonstop and pulling up to the store with no openings in sight. Please reach out to the hair lady. Thanks

all I can say is wow. I called to ask about the stock. I didn't want to drive from Norristown to Philadelphia for nothing. when I asked the woman that answered the phone for different types of chains in stock, she started to get irate and said you are not a customer. I have cash money. greenbacks, dough, skrilla, cash. I don't know what to label myself but all I know I have cash and I want to buy something. she hung up on me. I don't know how the jewelry game works, if it's illegal to ask for prices and sizes over the telephone, but she could have easily explained that to me if that's the case. all I know is that she hung up on me. you do not want to go here to shop. if you shop at a place where someone will hang up on you on the telephone for asking what's in stock, imagine if you have a problem. imagine if you have a problem with the size or you need it fixed, imagine if you needed it cleaned, if someone will hang up on you on the phone, imagine how they'll treat you in person. do not shop at this place.
